Trustors are: Scott and Cheryl Drage, husband and wife. 3. Beneficiary is: Northwest National Bank. 4. Trustee is: The Legal Professional Corpo- ration of Howard E. Tracy. 5. Trustors went into default and Notice of Default was filed by Trustee in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 9, 1987, as Document No. 87- 101970. 6. Trustee mailed by certified U.S. mail, postage prepaid, a copy of the Notice of Default to Trustors on April 13, 1987. 7. Trustee caused to be published the Notice of Trustee's Sale in the Grand Island Daily Independent on July 6, 13, 20, 27 and August 3, 1987. 8. Trustee mailed by certified U.S. mail, postage prepaid, a copy of the Notice of Trustee's Sale to Trustors on July 7, 1987. 9. Sale was had according to the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act on August 19, 1987, as presecribed in the Notice of Sale. 10.
