DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY <br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE 87-104904 <br />MILDRED E. PEDERSEN, Personal Representative of the Estate <br />of FRANK J. PEDERSEN, Deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. <br />76 -201) : <br />I. An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the <br />North 69.15 Feet of Lot Ten (10), Block Two (2), <br />Bartling's Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska (being all of said Lot 10 <br />except the South 65 Feet thereof). <br />2. An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the <br />North 85 Feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2), and the <br />West 2 Feet of the South 49 Feet of said Lot Two <br />(2), All Block Two (2), Bartling's Subdivision to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the <br />East 22 Feet of Lot Seven (7) and All of Lot Eight <br />(8), Block Twenty -Nine (29), Original Town now City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />4. Lot One (1) in the Northeast Quarter (NE;) of Section <br />One (1), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, also known as <br />Lot One (1) Island, Section One (1) above described, <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, to the following <br />GRANTEES as hereafter set forth: <br />To MILDRED E. PEDERSEN, an undivided one -half (1/2) <br />interest therein, and the remaining undivided one -half <br />(1/2) interest therein to MILDRED E. PEDERSEN for and <br />during the term of her natural lifetime; <br />To JACK A. PEDERSEN, an undivided one - fourth (1/4) <br />remainder interest therein, subject to the life estate <br />of the GRANTEE MILDRED E. PEDERSEN as above described; <br />To JOYCE L. JESS, an undivided one - fourth (1/4) <br />remainder interest therein, subject to the life estate <br />of the GRANTEE MILDRED E. PEDERSEN as above described. <br />GRANTOR has determined that GRANTEES are the persons entitled <br />to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
