Tucker, a resident of 515 South Locust Street, $ Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska 68801, do hereby make, constitute, # and appoint my son, Allen W. Tucker of Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, or my son, George Tucker of Colorado Springs, Colorado 80901, or either of them, my Attorneys -in -Fact, to do for me and on my behalf, any of the following: f 1. To withdraw by check or otherwise from any checking account or savings.account which I may have. 2. -To endorse checks for deposit to my checking .account or savings account and to receive any property or r credits owned by me, including any monies payable to me by any governmental agency. 3. To sell or lease any assets owned by me, whether real i estate or personal property and including homestead property and stocks and bonds, at such prices, on such terms, for such length of term, and in such manner, whether at private or public sale or negotiation as my Attorneys -in -Fact deem advisable. They may convey any property so sold by them by instruments of conveyance with customary warranties. They may enter any safety deposit box I lease and may remove any items therefrom. They are empowered to make any gifts for me. 4. To enter into agreements pertaining to any property or interest in property owned by me and on such terms as my Attorneys -in -Fact deem advisable. This shall include contracts for goods, repairs, improvements, replacements, and personal services for the maintenance of my property. 5. In general, to enter into any business transactions per - taining to my property and for my maintenance as fully as I could do it myself. 6. To enter into any contracts or agreements for any medical, domiciliary, or other care needed by me as determined to be in my best interests by any of my Attorneys -in- Fact, and pay all fees and charges necessary for my maintenance and care. To authorize any medical procedures for me. I ratify and confirm all.acts done by my Attorneys -in -Fact, or any of them, under this Power of Attorney. Any of my Attorneys -in- Fact are specifically empowered to act under this Power of Attorney independently of the others, and any decisions or actions by any of them need not be joined in and consented to by the others. •I reserve the right to revoke this Power of Attorney by the filing of such revocation in the offices of the Register of Deeds and County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska.
