The grantee hereby releases and discharges any and all liens and <br />claims under and by virtue of the mortgage aforesaid for a deficiency judgment:. The <br />grantors further covenant that this conveyance is and does constitute an absolute <br />conveyance of title to the premises to the grantee herein in effect as well as form, <br />and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance or as security of any kind and <br />that possession of the premises is delivered concurrently herewith.
