MAL03i,Husband and Wife, whether one <br />or more, herein called the Mortgagor, and The Overland National Bank of Grand <br />Island, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate <br />mortgage dated January 26, 1965, and recorded on January 30, 1985 as <br />Document No. 85-000479 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, in consideration of a certain mortgage note for $16,005.50, a valid <br />subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the <br />principal and accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the terms <br />of the aforementioned real estate mortgage, modified and payable in the <br />following manner: <br />A mortgage note dated January 26, 1985, on which a <br />principal balance of $13,829.67 now remains unpaid, <br />will be re- advanced up to a principal balance of <br />$15,500.00 on August 12, 1987. The loan will be <br />repaid in monthly installments of $21.3.84, applied first <br />to interest, balance to principal, commencing on <br />September 17, 1987, and continuing monthly thereafter <br />until August 17, 1990, at which time a balloon payment <br />of $12,702.59 will be due. Interest will accrue from <br />August 12, 1987 at 11.0% per annum on the unpaid <br />balance until paid. <br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original <br />real estate mortgage dated January 26, 1985, shall remain the same, and <br />this Modification Agreanent is made a part of the original real estate <br />mortgage by reference and shall inure to all successors and assigns and <br />their heirs. <br />3. THIS IRAN IS PAYABLE IN FULL AT THE END OF THREE (3) YEARS. <br />AT MATURITY YOU MUSE REPAY THE ENTIRE PRINCIPAL BALANCE OF THE IRAN AND <br />UNPAID MUt Sr THEN DUE. THE BANK IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO REFINANCE <br />THE IRAN AT THAT TIME.
