That on May 8, 1985 I was a duly appointed and <br />commissioned General Notary Public for the State of Nebraska. <br />2. That in the capacity of a General Notary Public I had <br />authority, by virtue of Nebraska Statutes, to take acknowledge - <br />ments of deeds and other conveyances, and certify the same. <br />3. That on the 8th day of May, 1985 Robert F. Washington <br />and Ruby A. Washington, husband and wife, appeared before me and <br />were known to me to be the identical persons executing a Quit <br />Claim Deed, which Quit Claim Deed was dated the 8th day of May, <br />1985 and was filed in the Records of the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the 21st day of May, 1985 as <br />Document Number 85- 002443. <br />4. That as a General Notary Public I did witness the <br />execution of the Quit Claim Deed described in the immediately <br />preceding paragraph, and the acknowledgement by the signatory <br />parties that the execution thereof was their voluntary act and <br />deed, but did inadvertantly omit a written statement to the <br />effect that Robert F. Washington and Ruby A. Washington were the <br />persons who appeared before me as the General Notary Public. <br />6. That I do now state that Robert F. Washington and Ruby <br />A.
