87-104760 <br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />KENNETH H. ROBY and RONDA'R. ROSY, husband and wife, each <br />is his rams right and as spouse of each other, Grantors, in con- <br />sideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, received from all Grantees named herein, conveys <br />an undivided one - third interest to Grantees, LOUISE D. FLEHARTY <br />and STEPHEN F. FLEHARTY, husband and wife, as joint tenants and <br />not as tenants in common, and conveys an undivided one -third <br />interest to Grantees, XYRLE G. ROBERTSON and KENNETH E. ROBERTSON, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, <br />and conveys an undivided one -third interest to Grantees, EDYTHE <br />I. RATHBUN and CLAUDE E. RATHBUN, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb_ Rev. Stat_ Section 76 -201): <br />Lot Eight (8), Block Sixteen (16) in Schimmer's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Grantors covenant (jointly and severally) with Grantees that <br />Grantors: <br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it <br />is free from encumbrances except encumbrances of record; <br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; <br />(3) warrant and will defend the title to the real estate <br />against the lawful claims of all persons claiming the same or <br />any part thereof through, by or under Grantors. <br />EXECUTED June gG' , 1987. <br />H H.
