104746 <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />- -- MICHAEL R. CRAMER and KATHRYN L. CRAMER, Husband and Wife, GRANTORS-- <br />in consideration of the release of personal liability received <br />from GRANTEE,. <br />MARY MARGARET VOGEL, <br />Grantors hereby quitclaim and convey to Grantee all of their right, <br />title and interest to the following - described real estate (as de- <br />fined by Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />A tract of land being a part of the North Fifteen <br />(15) acres of the North Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (N#SEhNEh) of <br />Section Four (4) in Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point 1,188.0 Feet North of the South- <br />east corner of the Northeast Quarter (NEC) of said <br />Section Four (4); running thence West 1,320.0 Feet <br />to an iron pin, thence South 198.0 Feet to an <br />iron pin, thence North 110.0 Feet to an iron pipe, <br />thence East 792.0 Feet to the Section line, thence <br />North along said Section line 88.0 Feet to the <br />place of beginning, containing in all 4.0 acres. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance of title in effect as well <br />as in form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance <br />or security of any kind. The consideration for this Deed is the <br />recision of the Agreement for Sale of Real Estate,,dated July <br />31, 1981, covering the above - described real estate between <br />Grantee as Seller and Grantors as Buyers. Notice of the Agree- <br />ment for Sale of Real Estate was recorded August 4, 1981, as <br />Document No. 81- 003979.
