On December 31, 1985, Lester C. Maxson died a resident <br />of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. As of the date of the death of said Lester C. Maxson, <br />s <br />Affiant was legally married to Lester C. Maxson and was a <br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. Affiant is the surviving joint tenant in a certain Deed <br />dated December 10, 1974, and recorded on May 3, 1977, as Document <br />m <br />No. 77- 002340, of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />pertaining to the following - described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Four (4) in Block Eighteen (18) in <br />Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />4. Affiant is the surviving joint tenant in a certain Deed <br />dated April 25, 1974, and recorded on April 26, 1974, in Book 174 <br />at Page 546 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />pertaining to the following- described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot six (6) in Block Two (2) in Koehler <br />Place, an addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />5.
