87-- <br />104,681 <br />PREFACE TO TRUST DEED <br />WRITTIM ACKNDWLBDGMENT OF WAIVER OF HOMESTBAD RIGHTS <br />MID NRITTZN DISCLAIMER OF`HDKZSTEAD <br />The undersigned, prior to signing the attached Trust Deed, <br />as Trustor (whether one or more) in consideration of the <br />extension of credit by Union `Bank and Trust Company, Beneficiary <br />of the attached Trust Deed,- hereby states: <br />1. The undersigned understands that the Trustor has a right <br />to wake a designation of home, >tead in the attached Trust Deed as. <br />.it relates to Parcel 1 referred tt� in said Trust Deed and that <br />the execution of this statement constitutes a waiver of rights <br />otherwise available for the purpose of affording the undersigned, <br />as Trustor, the opportunity to retain his or her homestead in the <br />event of a default upon the attached Trust Deed. This waiver <br />includes a waiver of any right to designate a homestead interest <br />in Parcel 1 described in the attached Trust Deed. <br />2. No part of the undersigned's homestead is presently, nor <br />will it be in the future, part of any real estate described in <br />the attached Trust Deed except that real estate referred to as <br />Parcel 1 in the attached Trust Deed. <br />3. If the undersigned establishes a homestead on any part <br />of the real estate, except Parcel 1, while the Trust Deed remains <br />unsatisfied and a lien on said real estate, the undersigned shall <br />have no right to wake a designation of homestead thereon in the <br />event of foreclosure or Trustee's sale upon the attached Trust <br />Deed. <br />4. The undersigned acknowledge this waiver and disclaimer <br />their voluntary act and deed and acknowledge that such waiver <br />institutes a written waiver and written disclaimer under the <br />irm Homestead Protection Act. The undersigned waives and <br />sclaimis any right to defer selection of homestead rights. <br />S.
