s7- 104579 <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />NORWEST HANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, GRANTOR, in consid- <br />eration of EIGHTY -SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($86,000.00) received from <br />GRANTER, DUANE RIEFLIN, conveys to GRANTEE, the following de- <br />scribed real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
