The Petitioner was present in Court and represented <br />by her attorney, Thomas L. Anderson. The Respondent was present <br />in Court and was not represented by an attorney. Evidence was <br />taken and the cause submitted to the Court and the Court, being <br />fully advised in the premises, makes the following findings: <br />1. That both parties are and have been residents of <br />the State of Nebraska for at least one year prior to the filing <br />of the Petition herein. <br />2. That the Court has jurisdiction of both parties and <br />of the subject matter of this action. <br />3. That neither party is a member of the Armed Forces <br />of the United States. <br />4. That neither Petitioner nor Respondent is a party <br />to any other action pending in this or in any other court for <br />divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage. <br />5. That no children have been born of the marriage <br />whose are affected by these proceedings. <br />6. The parties have accumulated debts and assets which <br />should be divided. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND <br />DECREED BY THE COURT AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter <br />and of the parties. <br />
