That, if the Trustor defaults in any of the <br />covwkvits or agreaa its contained herein or in performance of the Promissory <br />Note secured hereby, then the Beneficiary may perform the saw and that <br />all expenditures made by Beneficiary in so doing shall draw interest <br />at the rate provided in the Promissory Note and shall be repayable by <br />Trustor to Beneficiary and, together with interest and costs accruing <br />thereon, sha: be secured by this Trust Deed. <br />7. ACCELERATION UPON DEFAULT.
