SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE

<br />The Lomas i Nettleton Company, Beneficiary under a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated October 25, 1982, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />October 26, 1982, as Document No. 82- 004629, wherein Edison C.
<br />Satterly, Jr. and Dinah Satterly, husband and wife, are Trustors,
<br />Superior Mortgage, Inc. is Beneficiary, and Stewart Title
<br />Guaranty Company is Trustee, covering the following described
<br />property, to wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Fractional Block Six (6),
<br />in wallich's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and which Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned by Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc., to Banco Mortgage Company, by Assignment dated
<br />November 4, 1982, and recorded on November 12, 1982, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 82- 004834, in which Deed of Trust was subsquently
<br />assigned by Norwest Mortgage, Inc., (formerly known as Banco
<br />Mortgage, Company) to the Lomas & Nettleton Company by Assignment
<br />dated February 28, 1985, and recorded on October 21, 1985, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 85- 005230, does hereby remove Stewart Title Guaranty
<br />Company as Trustee thereunder and does hereby appoint and
<br />substitute Michael F. Coyle, Attorney at Law, 500 Electric
<br />Building, Omaha, NE 68102, as Trustee thereunder.
