<br />THE GRANTOR, THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, a corporation
<br />created and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New
<br />Jersey and duly authorized to transact business in the State of Nebraska,
<br />for the consideration of TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS, and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, in hand paid, and pursuant to authority given by the Board of
<br />Directors of said corporation CONVEYS and QUIT CLAIMS to GLENWOOD H. HARGENS
<br />and JANE H. HARGENS, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survi-
<br />vorship, all interest in the following described Real Estate situated in the
<br />County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, to wit:
<br />A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter (NW;) of Section Twenty -
<br />three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), hest of the
<br />6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said
<br />Northwest Quarter; thence Southerly along the East line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter a distance of 660.00 feet to the point of begin-
<br />ning, thence continue Southerly along said East line a distance of
<br />40.00 feet, thence with a deflection angle to the right of 900 a
<br />distance of 6.00 feet, thence with a deflection angle to the right
<br />of 90° a distance of 40.00 feet, thence with a deflection angle
<br />right of 900 a distance of 6.00 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Containing 240.00 square feet, more or less; the Servient estate;
<br />In Witness Whereof, said Grantor has caused its corporate seal to be hereto
<br />affixed, and has caused its name to be signed to these presents by its Vice
<br />President, and attested by its Assistant Secretary, this 2nd day of
