11 <br />87-- 1046;6 <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />JAMES O. JOHNSON and FERN M. JOHNSON, husband and wife, each <br />in their own right and as spouse of the other, herein called the <br />Grantors, for and in consideration of the cancellation of <br />indebtedness owing from Grantors to Grantee, do grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto [TOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, herein called the Grantee, the <br />following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Dale Roush <br />Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above - described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance, except that owing to Grantee, and that Grantors have <br />good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and Grantors <br />hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the <br />said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title, claim and <br />interest in and to the above - described premises. <br />This Special Warranty Deed is given as an absolute <br />conveyance, the Grantors having conveyed said land to the Grantee <br />for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration being <br />satisfaction of principal obligations secured by the Deed exe- <br />cuted by Grantors to Grantee, as mortgagee, recorded as Document <br />No. 84- 000508 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly <br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, or other <br />than this deed, between Grantors and Grantee with respect to said <br />Land. <br />Signed this 171d day of March , 198r: <br />a <br />James O.
