(A) That certain real property, more particularly described <br />in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference, hgether with all of the easements, common elements, <br />limited common elements, rights, privileges, franchises and <br />appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining <br />(Etireinafter referred to as the "Premises "), and all of the <br />estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of <br />Trustor therein or thereto, either at law or in equity, in <br />possession or in expectancy, now or hereafter acquired; <br />(3) All structures, buildings and improvements of every kind <br />and description now or at any time hereafter located on the Prem- <br />ises (hereinafter referred to as the "improvements "), including <br />all equipment, apparatus, machinery, fixtures, fittings, and any <br />additions to, substitutions for, changes in or replacements of <br />the whole or any part thereof, including such of the foregoing as <br />s <br />may be used in connection with the generating or distributing of <br />air, water, heat, electricity, light, fuel or refrigeration or <br />for ventilating or sanitary purposes or for the exclusion of <br />vermin or insects, or for the removal of dust, refuse or garbage, <br />now or at any time hereafter affixed to, attached to, placed upon <br />or used in any way in connection with the use, enjoyment, occu- <br />pancy or operation of the Premises or any portion thereof, inclu- <br />ding without limitation all built-- in.furniture and installations, <br />shelving, partitions, door- stops, vaults, awnings, window shades, <br />Venetian blinds, light fixtures, fire hoses and brackets and <br />boxes for the same, fire sprinklers, alarm systems, drapery rods <br />and brackets, screens, linoleum, carpets, plumbing, heating <br />units, water heaters, incinerators, communication systems, all <br />specifically designed installations and furnishings and all of <br />said articles of property, the specific enumerations herein not <br />excluding the general, now or at any time hereafter affixed to, <br />attached to, placed upon or used in any way in connection with <br />the use, enjoyment, occupancy or operation of.the Premises or the <br />Improvements or any portion thereof and owned by Trustor or in <br />which Trustor now has or hereafter acquires an interest, and all <br />building materials and equipment now or hereafter delivered to <br />the Promises and intended to be installed or placed in or about <br />the Improvements; <br />(C) (intentionally Omitted] <br />(D) All right, title and interest of Trustor in and to all <br />streets, roads and public places, or�ened or proposed, and all <br />easements and rights of way, vaults, public or private, revocable <br />licenses tenements, hereditaments, rights and appurtenances, now <br />or hereafter used in connection with, belonging or appertaining <br />' to, the Premises; <br />.x <br />(B) All of the rents, royalties, issues, profits, revenue, <br />income, proceeds and other benefits of the Property (the "Rents <br />and Profits "), including the Trnstor's interest in the real <br />estate doscribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br />by this reference, or-14-rTs-N-97rrom the use or enjoyment of all or <br />any portion thereof or from any lease or agreement pertaining <br />thereto, and all eight, title and interest of Trustor in and to <br />all les s of the Property, including the real estate described <br />in i !t "A" or hereafter entered into and all right, title <br />a n arestof Trustor thereunder, including, without limita- <br />tion, cash or securities deposited thereunder to secure perfor- <br />mance by the lessees of their obligations thereunder, whether <br />
