G <br />RM <br />IT 15 TURTM RESOLVED, that to Accommodate desirable <br />acemponcy of the commercial space, all provisions and <br />easements including but not limited to Section 14 of the <br />Declaration related to reasonable adcass to the <br />compareisl floors contained in the Declaration and the <br />Nebraska Condominium Act are hereby reaffirmed and <br />clarified to the owners of Unit Nos. 001, 002. 101, 102, <br />103, 104, 201A, 2015, 2010 and 201D, their successors <br />and sesigag, giving unlocked and otherwise unobstructed <br />public access on, over and through the main first flog <br />entrance door, lobby and elevator to and from the <br />commercial units during the hours of 6 :00 a.m. to <br />5 :00 p.m. local time, Monday through rridayr except for <br />the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, <br />Fourth of July. Labor Day, 'thanksgiving Day and <br />Christmas Day. <br />IT 1S FURTHER RESOLVED, that any officer of the <br />Association is hereby authorized to execute, sign, <br />deliver, accept and record this document and any and all <br />other documents and easements and to do all other things <br />necessary or desirable to carry out and implement the <br />resolutions above. <br />The Executive Board of Directors hereby acknowledges the interest of <br />Mark D. Arter and Dann E.
