<br />called Grantor, in consideration of lla U,122,). , receipt of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAM ISLUM, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Granted, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct,
<br />inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon,
<br />overhead and underground electrical utility lines, cables, poles, anchors,
<br />terminals, transformers, surface markers, and other appurtenances connected
<br />therewith, in, upon, above, along, across, underneath, and through a sixteen
<br />(16.0) foot wide tract of land located in part of Lot Six (6), Home
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the centerline
<br />of said tract being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot Six (6).
<br />Home Subdivision; thence Easterly along the Northerly line
<br />of said Lot Six (6), a distance of two hundred one (201.0)
<br />feet to the actual point of beginning; thence left 790501,
<br />and running Southwesterly, a distance of one hundred forty
<br />(160.0) feet.
<br />The said tract of land containing 0.051 acres, more or less
