<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Mary L. Otto, a single person,Grantor,
<br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, Grantee,
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Twelve (12) and the South half (SI /2) of Lot Thirteen (13), Block
<br />Three (3), Pleasant Hill. Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenance to the same
<br />belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or demand,
<br />whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof, in consideration of
<br />the full cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgages to The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded May 25, 1979,
<br />and June 2, 1982, as documents number 79-- 003238 and 82- 002177, filed in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having conveyed said
<br />real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate consideration, such consideration
<br />being full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the mortgages of Grantor
<br />recorded as Documents 79- 003238 and 82- 002177 together with cancellation of
<br />the Bonds given by Grantor with the above mortgages.
<br />Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made, and
<br />that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this Deed between
<br />Grantor and Grantee, with respect to said real estate.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above - described real estate with the appurtenances
<br />thereto, unto the said The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, and its successors and assigns
<br />forever, and the Grantor, for herself and her heirs and assigns, hereby
<br />covenants with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that
<br />the Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that the Grantor has good
<br />and lawful authority to convey the same; and that the Grantor warrants and
<br />will defend the title to said premises unto the said Grantee and its successors
<br />and assigns against the lawful clai" of all persons whomsoever.
