GOCKARD and BETTY LOCKARD, Husbandand Wife, As <br />.lelat Tenants With Rights of Survivorship, SELLERS, and <br />WI`fNESSETH: <br />Sellers agree to sell and convey to Buyers and Buyers agree to <br />purchase from Sellers the following described real estate hereafter referred <br />to as "the real estate ": <br />Got 'Delve (12) in Block Two (2) Dale. Roush Second <br />Subdivision to Hall County, Nebraska, being: <br />A Part of the Fast Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(EYSWV) of Section Fourteen (14) Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />1. Purchase Price and Manner of Payment. As the purchase price <br />for Sellers interest in the real estate, Buyers ;'agree to pay to Sellers <br />and Sellers agree to accept from Ruyvrs the sum of Tern Thousand Five Hundred <br />($10.500.00) Dollars to he paid as follows: <br />a. The sum of 52,000.00 as down payment to he paid upon <br />the signing of this Agreement, receipt of which is acknowledged <br />by Sellers. <br />b. The balance of $8.500.00 shall be paid in monthly in- <br />stallments of $150.00, the first payment to be made on the 1st <br />day of January, 1984, and an equal amount on the 1st day of each <br />month thereafter until the entire balance of said purchase price, <br />with interest as herein provided for, has been paid in full. Said <br />monthly installments shall include interest at the rate of 14% per <br />annum on all unpaid principal balances and shall be applied first <br />to accrued but unpaid interest on the balance of principal to the <br />date of payment and then to principal. Said monthly payments are <br />to be made directly to Sellers or such other place as Sellers may <br />designate. , <br />C.
