GOCKARD and BETTY LOCKARD, Husbandand Wife, As .lelat Tenants With Rights of Survivorship, SELLERS, and WI`fNESSETH: Sellers agree to sell and convey to Buyers and Buyers agree to purchase from Sellers the following described real estate hereafter referred to as "the real estate ": Got 'Delve (12) in Block Two (2) Dale. Roush Second Subdivision to Hall County, Nebraska, being: A Part of the Fast Half of the Southwest Quarter (EYSWV) of Section Fourteen (14) Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. 1. Purchase Price and Manner of Payment. As the purchase price for Sellers interest in the real estate, Buyers ;'agree to pay to Sellers and Sellers agree to accept from Ruyvrs the sum of Tern Thousand Five Hundred ($10.500.00) Dollars to he paid as follows: a. The sum of 52,000.00 as down payment to he paid upon the signing of this Agreement, receipt of which is acknowledged by Sellers. b. The balance of $8.500.00 shall be paid in monthly in- stallments of $150.00, the first payment to be made on the 1st day of January, 1984, and an equal amount on the 1st day of each month thereafter until the entire balance of said purchase price, with interest as herein provided for, has been paid in full. Said monthly installments shall include interest at the rate of 14% per annum on all unpaid principal balances and shall be applied first to accrued but unpaid interest on the balance of principal to the date of payment and then to principal. Said monthly payments are to be made directly to Sellers or such other place as Sellers may designate. , C.
