Nolan, husband and wife, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration of FORTY -SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND N01100 <br />DOLLARS ($46,500.00) received from GRANTEES, Ray L. Ericson and <br />Rebecca J. Ericson, husband and wife, conveys to GRANTEES, as <br />joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the follGwing <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
