$7- 104391 <br />FINANCING STATEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That Jerry L. Banker and Jeanne M. Banker, husband and wife, of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, Hall County, Nebraska, Debtors, for the purpose of securing <br />the payment of $15,206.41 and interest at 11% per annum, computed upon the <br />unpaid principal balance, according to a bond described as follows: <br />Dated the 23rd day of July 1987, in the original amount of <br />$15,206.41 bearing interest at 11'% per annum, computed upon the unpaid <br />principal balance, and payable in 59 monthly installments of $200.00 <br />per month, which will apply first upon interest and the balance in re- <br />duction of the principal and a final payment of $10,600.94 plus accrued <br />interest. The first such monthly installment payment payable on the <br />twenty- second day of Auo , 1987. <br />which bond was given the Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, the debtors do hereby grant, mortgage, and assign unto said <br />secured party the residence house, being an improvement upon a leasehold and <br />all appurtenances thereto, said residence house being situated upon the South <br />One Half (S -2) of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lot Nine (9), situated on the West <br />side of the West Portion of Kuesters Lake located on the East One Half of the <br />Southwest Quarter (E- '',SW -4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11), <br />North, Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska. Such Lot is as shown on a plat <br />in the possession of the Lessor, including any accessions, accessories, parts <br />and equipment nor or hereafter affixed thereto. <br />The debtors warrant the above described property is free and clear of <br />all liens and encumbrances; that they will pay all personal taxes before the <br />same become delinquent; that they will maintain and pay the premiums for fire <br />and extended coverage insurance on said property in an amount not less than <br />the unpaid balance of the indebtednes.3. That if they fail to pay any such <br />taxes or premiums, that the secured party may pay the same and any such payments <br />by the secured party shall be a part of this indebtedness, payment of which <br />shall be secured by this financing statement and interest thereon shall accrue <br />at the rate of interest provided in the bond of even date herewith, payment <br />of which this financing statement secures. <br />It is hereby agreed that if default be made in the payment of said bond <br />or any part thereof when due, or if debtors fail to pay said taxes before the <br />same become delinquent, or said premiums when due, or if any attempt be made <br />to dispose of or remove said property from Hall County, Nebraska, or if at <br />any time the secured party shall deem the said debt Unsafe or insecure, the <br />secured party is hereby authorized to enter upon the premi,ae!i toier[+ said pjt)pcil_y <br />K <br />
