87. 104376 <br />NEBRASKA FHA MORTGAGE RIDER <br />THIS RIDER, dated the '4th day of ►ul.y o 198_ amends the <br />7'orry M. Br.entzel and Diane R. , the <br />mortgage of even data by and between <br />15rentzeL, husband and wife <br />Mortgagor, and the Mortgagee, as follows: <br />1. in Paragraph 1, the sentence which reads as follows, is deleted: <br />"Privilege is reserved to pay the debt in whole, or in an amount equal to <br />one or more monthly payments on the principal that are next due on the note, <br />on the first day of any month prior to maturity: Provided, however, That <br />written notice of an intention to exercise such privilege is given at least <br />thirty (30) days prior to prepayment." <br />2. Paragraph 1 is amended by addition of the following: <br />"Privilege is reserved to pay the debt in whole or in part on any interest <br />due date." <br />3. Subsection (a) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. <br />4. Subsection (c) (1) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. <br />5. In the third sentence of Paragraph 3, the words "all payments made under <br />the provisions of (a) of paragraph 2 hereof which the mortgagee has not <br />become obligated to pay to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development <br />and" are deleted. <br />6. The fourth sentence of Paragraph 3 is amended by insertion of a period <br />after "...then remaining unpaid under said Note" and deletion of the <br />remainder of the sentence. <br />7. Paragraph 12 is Amended by the addition of the following: <br />"This option may not be exercised when the ineligibility for insurance <br />under the National :lousing Act is due to the mortgagees failure to remit <br />the mortgage insurance premium to the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development." <br />6. This mortgage is amended by addition of the following: <br />"The mortgagee shall, with the prior approval of the Pederal Housing <br />Commissioner, or his designee, declare all sums secured by this mortgage <br />to be immediately due and payable if all or s part of the property is <br />sold or otherwise transferred (other than by deviae, descent or operation <br />of law) by the mortgagor, pursuant to a contract of sale executed not <br />later than 24 months after the date of execution of this mortgage or not <br />later than 24 months after the date of a prior transfer of the property <br />subject to this mortgage, to a purchaser whose credit has not been <br />approved in accordance with the requirements of the Commissioner." <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has set his /her <br />hand and seal the day and year first aforesaid. <br />(SEAL) <br />Ter Brent - (SEAL) <br />Diane R.
