<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of ($ 27,750.00)
<br />Twenty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and 00 /100 ^ -- °- -Dollars to it in
<br />hand paid by CENTRAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, it's successors and /or assigns
<br />a Corporation, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by these presents,
<br />does grant, assign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said
<br />beneficiary is Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association
<br />Pamela S. Renter, A Single Person
<br />is Trustor, and Notwest Bank Nebraska, National Association is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 19th day of May 1987 , and
<br />recorded the 19th day of MaY , 19 87 , document f 8 - 102892 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Three (3), in Olde Mill Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Superior Mortgage, Inc. by an Assignment
<br />of Deed of Trust and filed for records as Document #87- 102893
<br />on May 19, 1987 in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 1st day
