GRANT 87- 104313 TRACT NOYA09MM i' Received of AT&T Coamunicatione of the Midwest Inc. $ - Dollars, in consideration of which the undersigned hereby grant and convey unto said Company, its associated and allied companies, its and their respective successors, assigns, lessees and agents a right of way and assament to construct, operate, maintain, replace and remove such communication systems as the grantees may from time to time require, consisting of underground cables, lightguides, wires, conduits, manholes, drains, splicing bones, repeaters, repeater housings, together with surface tasting,tarminals, markers, and other appurtenencen, upon, over and under a strip of land 16,5 feet wide acroan the land which the undersigned own or in which the undersigned have any interest in The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter WkNW14S0e) and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SWIMS) and the North 3 acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NOSED all in Section 4 Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M. The undersigned for themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby covenant that no structure shall be erected or permitted on said strip.
