CUNNINGHAM, being first duly sworn upon oath, <br />states that he is one of the attorneys for Norwest Bank. <br />Nebraska, N.A., Successor Trustee of a Deed of Trust recorded <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on January 10, 1983, and recorded as Document No. <br />83- 000162 of the Mortgage Records, and that on the 15 day <br />of July, 1987, he mailed a copy of the Notice of Trustee's <br />Sale, a copy of which is attached hereto, first published <br />in the Grand Island Daily Independent, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />on the 14th day of July, 1987, to the following parties at the <br />following addresses, by certified mail, return receipt requested, <br />postage prepaid: <br />Ethel E.
