<br />in Boric 91, Page 455, a parcel deeded to Rudolfs Majorins and Velta
<br />Majorins by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 111, Page 302 and parcels
<br />deeded to the State of Nebraska by Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 71,
<br />Page 153, Book 71, Page 523, and Book 82, Page 505.
