<br />RESERVING unto Grantors all of the coal deposits being
<br />mined on the premises; and
<br />FURTHER RESERVING unto Grantors one -half of all oil, gas,
<br />uranium, sand, gravel, scoria, gold, iron, potash, thorium,
<br />vanadium, molybdenum, germanium, natural mineral salts of
<br />boron, bromine, calcium, flourine, helium, iodine, lithium,
<br />magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, sodium and
<br />sulfur.
<br />Two tracts of land containing a total of 42.54 acres, more or less,
<br />located in the E1 /2 of Section 2, Township 143 North, Range 88 West,
<br />Mercer County, North Dakota, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point located on the half line common to the NE1 /4 and
<br />SE1 /4, 1120 feet west of the northeast corner of the SE1 /4 of Section
<br />2, Township 143, Range 88, thence 1365.6 feet southeasterly to a
<br />point located 1320 feet south and 770 feet west of the northeast
<br />corner of the SE1 /4 of said section, thence 550 feet west, thence
<br />2640 feet north, thence 900 feet east, thence 620 feet south, thence
<br />700 feet west, thence 700 feet south to the point of beginning; said
<br />tract containing 27.39 acres, more or less.

<br />following- described centerline, commencing at the northeast corner of
<br />said Section 10; thence westerly along the north line of said Section
