NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: 87- 104059
<br />THAT Northwestern Public Service Company, in consideration of the promises
<br />and of One Dollar to it duly paid by the Trustees at or before the annealing
<br />and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />hereby covenants and agrees to and with the Trustees and their successors in
<br />the trust under the Original Indenture, for the benefit of those who shall hold
<br />the bonds and coupons, or any of them, to be issued hereunder or thereunder as
<br />hereinafter provided, as follows:

<br />CONVEYANCE OF ADDITIONAL PROPERTY
<br />The Company has given, granted, bargained, sold, transferred, assigned,
<br />pledged, mortgaged and warranted the title to and conveyed, and by these
<br />presents does give, grant, bargain, sell, transfer, assign, pledge, mortgage
<br />and warrant the title to and convey, unto the Trustees, their successors and
<br />assigns, in trust, all the right, title and interest of the Company in and to
<br />all and singular the following described property:
<br />First. The following described real estate of the Company situated in
<br />Beadle County, South Dakota:
<br />Lots Fifteen (15) & Sixteen (16), Block Ten (10), Original Town (now
<br />City) of Huron, Beadle County, South Dakota.
<br />Lots 1 & 2, Block 6, First Railway Addition to Huron, Beadle County,
<br />South Dakota.
<br />Outlot Twelve (12) of Coutts' Outlots 9 through 17, a part of the
<br />North Half (N 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township One Hundred Ten North (110N), Range Sixty-two
<br />West (62W) of the Fifth P.M., all within Clyde Township, Beadle
<br />County, South Dakota.
<br />Lots Eight (8), Nine (9). Ten (10) and the South Eight Feet (W) of
