Greiter, to me personally known anal known to <br />me to be a Vice President and an Assistant Secretary, <br />respectively, of THE CHASE MANHATTAN BANK (National <br />Association), a national banking association organized <br />and existing under the laws of the United States of <br />America and one of the corporations described in and <br />which executed the foregoing instrument, who, being by •� <br />me severally duly sworn, each for himself did depose, <br />say and acknowledge that he, said F.W.
