<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY TRUSTEE
<br />Ronald L. Adams, Trustee of the Testamentary Trust created
<br />in Paragraph 7 of the probated last Will of Mary E. Buechler,
<br />Deceased, in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Estate
<br />No. P85 -125, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to George Bruce Feld
<br />and Mary Theo Gund, as tenants in common, GRANTEES, the following
<br />described real estate as defined in Section 76 -201 of the Revised
<br />Statutes of Nebraska, 1943:
<br />An undivided two - fifteenths (2/15) interest in the
<br />following described real estate located in Hall County
<br />and Perkins County, Nebraska:
<br />Sections 1 and 12, Township 12 North, Range 11, and
<br />Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, 20, 29 and the North one -
<br />half of Section 33 and all that part of the South one -
<br />half of Section 33 lying North of the C B & Q Railroad
<br />right -of -way running through the same and all that part
<br />of the Northeast Quarter of Section 32 except that
<br />belonging to said C B & Q Railroad Company and the
<br />North one -half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32
<br />subject to C B & Q Railroad right -of -way across the
<br />same, all located in Township 12 North, Range 10, all
<br />of said real estate above described being located in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 3, First Addition, Lots 7, 8,
<br />9 and 10, Block 9, Original Town, and Lot 11, Block 5,
<br />Original Town, all located in the Village of Grainton,
<br />Perkins County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that GRANTEES are the persons
<br />entitled to distribution of the undivided interest in the above
<br />described real estate from the Trustee of the Testamentary Trust
<br />created in Paragraph 7 of the probated last Will of Mary E.
<br />Buechler, Deceased. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR
<br />has legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the
<br />real estate to GRANTEES, as tenants in common.
