TRUSTEE'S DEED

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That John M. Cunningham, Successor Trustee, in exercise of
<br />the power of sale conferred upon him, does hereby execute and
<br />deliver this indenture,
<br />W I T N E S S E T H:
<br />WHEREAS, for valuable consideration on the 28th day of March,
<br />1984, Stanley R. Brondel and Marlene L. Brondel, husband and wife,
<br />as Trustors, executed and delivered their Deed of Trust to Chicago
<br />Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, and Norwest Financial
<br />Nebraska, Inc., as Beneficiary, conveying the real estate here-
<br />after described in trust, with power of sale, in accordance with
<br />the terms and provisions set forth therein; that said Deed of Trust
<br />was thereafter recorded on the 30th day of March, 1984 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 84- 001658, et seq., and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Section 76 -1004, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, on the 3rd day of April, 1987, Notice of Substitution
<br />of John M. Cunningham as Successor Trustee was filed in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 87- 101863, which Notice fully complied with the
<br />requirements of said Statutes, and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustors, having defaulted in the payment of
<br />the indebtedness secured thereby, and the Beneficiary, having
<br />delivered to the Successor Trustee a written Declaration of
<br />Default and having deposited with the Trustee all Promissory
<br />Notes, together with Notice of Default, and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Section 76 -1006, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, on the 7th day of April, 1987, the Successor Trustee
<br />filed a Notice of Default in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 87- 101911, which Notice
<br />fully complied with the requirements of said Statutes, and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Section 76 -1008, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, on the 7th day of April, 1987, the Successor Trustee
<br />mailed, by certified mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of such
<br />Notice of Default addressed to 1003 S. Lincoln Avenue, Grand
<br />Island, NE 68801, being the address of the Trustors as set forth
<br />in the Trust Deed, which mailing of notice fully complied with
<br />the requirements of said Statutes, and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Section 76 -1007, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, the Successor Trustee gave written notice of the
<br />time and place of sale, particularly describing the property
<br />to be sold, by publication of such notice, commencing on May 19,
<br />1987 and continuing once a week for five consecutive weeks, the
<br />last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than
<br />thirty (30) days prior to the date of such sale, in the Grand
<br />Island Daily Independent, a newspaper having general circulation
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, which notice fully complied with the
<br />requirements of said Statute, and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Section 76 -1008, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, the Trustee mailed notice of Trustee's Sale to the
<br />Trustors at the address of the Trustors as set forth above in
<br />the Trust Deed; and on the 22nd day of June, 1987, at 9:00
<br />o'clock a.m., being the date and time designated in the Notice
<br />of Sale, the Trustee sold said property at public auction to
<br />Norwest Financial Nebraska, Inc., being the highest bidder,
<br />for the sum of Twenty -Six Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and
<br />Eighty -Two Cents ($26,800.82), which sale fully complied with
