t; Y NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS - FORECLOSURE OF AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You are notified on June 19 , 1987, Keith H. Robinson, Trustee of the Clarence J. McIntosh Testamentary Trust, Plaintiff, filed his Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Allan Keck and Kimberly Keck, husband and wife, Defendants, the object and prayer of which are to foreclose an Agreement for Sale of Real Estate dated July 30, 1986, in the unpaid amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00) plus interest and advances made by the Plaintiff for real estate taxes in the amount of $309.96 and for insurance premiums in the amount of $248.00, on the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: The North Half (N 1/2) of Lot Fourteen (14), and all of Lot Fifteen (15), in Block Six (6), in the original town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. The above described Agreement for Sale of Real Estate was entered into by Keith H. Robinson, Trustee of the Clarence J. McIntosh Testamentary Trust, as Seller, and Allan Keck and Kimberly Keck, husband and wife, as Buyers. A Notice of Contract for Sale was duly filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 8, 1986, recorded as Document No. 86- 104447. Plaintiff claims there is now due the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00) plus the amounts advanced of $557.96 plus accrued interest on the Agreement for Sale of Real Estate and plaintiff prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount found due from defendants under the Agreement for Sale of Real Estate.
