PULTE, husband and wife, each <br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the issuance of <br />common stock of Plant Island, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, <br />pursuant to Section 351 of the Internal Revenue Code, received <br />from Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />PLANT ISLAND, INC., a Nebraska corporation, herein called the <br />Grantee, the following- described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The North Twenty (20) acres of the West Half ? <br />of the Southwest Quarter (WJSWj) of Section <br />Thirty -Three (33), Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6th) <br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />except that part thereof condemned by the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as shown by <br />Ordinance in Book "S ", Page 166, of Miscel- <br />laneous Records, and except a tract of ground <br />described in Deed Record 147 at Page 296 in <br />the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance and that Grantors have good right and lawful <br />authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to <br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever.
