NIEMOTH, husband and <br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the <br />other herein called the Grantors in consideration of TWO <br />HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($200,000.00) received from Grantees, <br />do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto KENNETH W. <br />SHULTZ AND NANCY L. SHULTZ, husband and wife, as tenants in <br />common, herein called the Grantees, the following described <br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Four (4), (except that portion thereof conveyed to <br />the State of Nebraska by deed recorded in Book 144, Page 15 <br />of Deeds in the Office of the register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska) and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(E�SlVk) (except the South 442' thereof containing 13.481 <br />acres more or less) all in Section Twenty -two (22)9 Township <br />Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., together <br />with an easement for ingress and egress over the Easterly <br />One Hundred (100) Feet of the Southerly 442 feet of the <br />aforesaid East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E�SWk) of <br />Section Twenty -Two (22). <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or <br />to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that <br />Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are <br />free from encumbrance, except easements of record; that <br />Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to <br />said premises against the lawful claims of all persons <br />whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the <br />event of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee <br />simple title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving <br />Grantee. <br />Dated this 15' day of March, 1981. <br />STATEMENT ATTACHED <br />1,_,TAMP TAX <br />` David P.
