<br />POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE
<br />I, Gertrude H. Wiles, a widow, of Grand Island, Nebraska',
<br />make, constitute and appoint my daughter, Yvonne J. Fisher, of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney in fact for
<br />me and in my name, place and stead, on my behalf, and for my use
<br />and benefit, to grant, bargain, sell, convey or contract for the
<br />sale and conveyance of the following described residential real
<br />estate owned by me situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Seventeen (17), Block Two (2), in Sothman's
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br />surveyed, platted and recorded.;.
<br />My attorney in fact is authorized to grant, bargain, convey,
<br />a
<br />sell, or to contract for the sale and conveyance of my above
<br />described real estate to an person for such rice or
<br />y p p prices, and
<br />upon such terms and conditions as my attorney in fact may deem
<br />proper, and in my name to make, execute, acknowledge, and deliver
<br />a good and sufficient deed or deeds of conveyance, or other
<br />instrument or instruments, necessary to effect the sale,
<br />conveyance or agreement for the sale of the real estate. I
<br />further authorize and empower my attorney in fact as follows:
<br />1. I grant to my attorney in fact full power and authority to
<br />perform all acts required on my behalf to grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey or contract for the sale and conveyance of my above
<br />described real estate.
<br />2. I authorize my attorney in fact to request, demand, sue for,
<br />collect, recover, and receive all moneys which may become due and
<br />owing to me by reason of such sale and conveyance of my real
<br />estate, whether by deed, contract, or other instrument or
<br />instruments.
<br />3. I give my attorney in fact full power and authority to
<br />appoint a substitute to perform any of the acts my attorney in
<br />fact is by this instrument authorized to perform, with the right
<br />to revoke the appointment of a substitute at the pleasure of my
<br />attorney in fact.
<br />I hereby revoke all powers of attorney heretofore made by me
