Peterson, husband and <br />Wife, ASSIGNORS, of Grand Island, Nebraska, assign, transfer and <br />set over to Howard L. Peterson and Jeanne P. Peterson, husband <br />and wife, As joint tenants and not as tenants in common, <br />ASSIGNEES, all of their right, title and interest in and to the <br />Land Contract dated January 31, 1985, between Howard L. Peterson <br />and Jeanne P. Peterson, husband and wife, as Sellers, and Charles <br />E. Fox and Mary A. Fox, husband and wife, as Buyers, whoreby the <br />Sellers sold to the Buyers in the Land Contract the following <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, that being the same <br />Exhibit A as .recorded as a part of Document No. 83- <br />002330 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, except the Easterly 29.54 feet of the <br />Southerly 71.50 feet of Lot 7 and the Southerly 71.50 <br />feet of Lot 8, all in Block 107, Original Railroad <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of the Land Contract. <br />Hower L.
