<br />CONSENT TO PLAT AND DEDICATION
<br />WHEREAS, Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, is a publi:� corporation and body politic of the State
<br />of Nebraska, created pursuant to the provisions of Sections 23-
<br />343.75 through 23- 343.120 R.R.S. 1943; and,
<br />WHEREAS, Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, is the record titleowner of a portion of the real es-
<br />tate in Lot One (1), Hospital Second Subdivision, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the ownership of the real estate by Hospital
<br />Authority No. 1 of Hall County, Nebraska, is soley for the purpose
<br />of acting as a vehicle for the issuance of Hospital Facility
<br />Revenue Bonds, Lutheran Hospitals and Homes Society, Grand Is-
<br />lard Project, Series 1977; and,
<br />WHEREAS, Lutheran Hospitals and Homes Society of
<br />America has conveyed all of its right, title, and interest in
<br />the real estate contained in Lot One (1), Hospital Second Sub-
<br />division, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, to St Francis
<br />Medical Center, a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, by Deed of
<br />conveyance dated March 31, 1987; and,
<br />WHEREAS, in order to satisfy platting requirements
<br />and to include all real estate held for hospital purposes
<br />within one platted subdivision, St. Francis Medical Center,
<br />a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, cause a part of Hospital
<br />Addition, a part of vacated Carey Avenue, and a part of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SANE4) of Section
<br />Seventeen (17), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to be replatted as Hospital Second Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and,
<br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate for Hospital Authority No.
<br />1 of Hall County, Nebraska, to join in the platting and dedica-
<br />tion of real estate within said Hospital Second Subdivision, as
<br />provided by Section 19 -916 R.R.S. 1943.
