4.1 <br />Huffman and Felton i Wolf, Walton, Ne. 68161 <br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANT' DEED <br />DELORES A. STEELE, a single person, Grantor, inconsideration of <br />°- -_Sixty -Seven Thousand and No /100ths ($67,000) dollars received from Grantee, <br />JOHN D. REEHL and JUNE H. REEHL, husband and wife, <br />conveys to Grantees, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common. the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev, Stat. 76 -201): <br />A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (SE4NW4) of Section Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron <br />stake on the southerly line of Anna Street in the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, which is 870 feet southwesterly from a point <br />where the southerly line of Anna Street intersects the east line <br />of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE4NW4) of <br />Section Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., thence turning a right angle and running in <br />a southeasterly direction parallel with the easterly line of <br />Jackson Sheet, as extended, for a distance of 132 feet, thence <br />running right 90 degrees in a southwesterly direction for a dis- <br />tance of 90 feet, thence running right 90 degrees parallel to <br />the extended line of Jackson Street 132 feet to an iron stake on <br />the southerly line of Anna Street, thence right along the southerly <br />line of Anna Street, to the place of beginning <br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantees that Grantor: <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />except easements and restrictions of record; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />Executed: June 8 .....19..87. <br />.............................. ............................... .:.: �....
