f'—" <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7363 87-- 103456 <br />An ordinance creating Street Improvement District No. 1132; <br />defining the boundaries of the district; providing for the <br />improvement of a street within the district by paving, curbing, <br />guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith; and <br />providing the effective date of this ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1132 in the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. <br />SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 18, <br />Lambert's Addtion, said point also being the inter- <br />section of the West line of Congdon Avenue and the <br />North line of Fourth Street; thence westerly on the <br />North line of Fourth Street for a distance of one <br />hundred thirty -two (132) feet; thence northerly on a <br />line one hundred thirty -two (132) feet West of and <br />parallel to the West line of Congdon Avenue for a <br />distance of one thousand (1,000) feet to the South line <br />of Seventh Street; thence easterly along the South line <br />of Seventh Street for a distance of one hundred <br />thirty -two (132) feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 1, <br />Block 12, Lambert's Addition, said point also being the <br />intersection of the South line of Seventh Street and <br />the hest line of Congdon Avenue; thence northerly on a <br />prolongation of the West line of Congdon Avenue for a <br />distance of forty (40) feet; thence easterly on a line <br />forty (40) feet North of and parallel to the South line <br />of Seventh Street to the prolongation of the East line <br />of Congdon Avenue; thence southerly on the prolongation <br />of the East line of Congdon Avenue for a distance of <br />forty (40) feet; thence easterly on the South line of <br />Seventh Street for a distance of three hundred (300) <br />feet; thence southerly on a line three hundred (300) <br />feet East of and parallel to the East line of Congdon <br />Avenue for a distance of five hundred sixty -three (563) <br />feet to a point on the South line of Lot 10, Lambert's <br />Subdivision; thence southwesterly on a line to a point <br />on the North line of Fourth Street, said point being <br />one hundred eighty (180) feet East of the East line of <br />Congdon Avenue; thence westerly on the North line of <br />Fourth Street to the East line of Congdon Avenue; <br />thence southerly on a prolongation of the East line of <br />Congdon Avenue for a distance of forty (40) feet; <br />thence westerly on a line forty (40) feet South of and <br />parallel to the North line of Fourth Street to the <br />prolongation of the West line of Congdon Avenue; thence <br />northerly on a prolongation of the West line of Congdon <br />Avenue for a distance of forty (40) feet to the point <br />of beginning, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />AMMED AS TO FORM <br />JUN 1 1987 j <br />LEGAL DEPARTMENT <br />
