<br />the principal sum of Thirty, -two Thousand and

<br />Bank a promissory note which provided for payment to be made as follows:
<br />23 monthly installments of principal and interest of $385.21 commencing February 1, 1985,
<br />and one final balloon payment of $32,058.44 due and payable January 1, 1987. Final installment
<br />is a balloon payment and this lender may consider refinance.
<br />and, WHEREAS, said note is. secured by a mortgage /deed of trust on real estate owned by

<br />WHEREAS, said borrower has requested an extension of time of payment until May 1 ,
<br />19__8_Z, and has agreed to pay interest at the rate of 10.75 % per annum on the unpaid balance
<br />and said Bank has consented to so extend the time of payment:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED by and between the parties that the above - described mortgage/
<br />deed of trust and original promissory note shall be modified to provide for payment to be as

<br />35 installments of $305.00 principal and interest due the first of each month commencing
