<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PKESENTS; that E. Dean Wolfe and Judith A.
<br />Wolfe, husband and wife. Grantors, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey,
<br />and confirm unto The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate: Lot Four (4) in Block Five (5), Brentwood Subdivision in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lot Five (5) in Block Five (5),
<br />Brentwood Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenance
<br />to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim
<br />or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof, in
<br />consideration of the full cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgage to
<br />The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, re-
<br />corded January 15, 1980 as document number 80- 000188, filed in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having conveyed
<br />said real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate consideration, such
<br />consideration being full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the mortgage
<br />of Grantors recorded as Document 80- 000188 together with cancellation of the
<br />Bond given by Grantors with the above mortgage.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made, and
<br />that there are no agreements, oral or written, other that this Deed between
<br />Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said real estate.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above - described real estate with the appur-
<br />tenances thereto, unto the said The Equitable Building and Loan Association
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, and its successors and
<br />assigns forever, and the Grantors, for themselves and their heirs and
<br />assigns, hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns, that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that the
<br />Grantors have good and lawful authority to convey the same; and that the
<br />Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said premises unto the said
<br />Grantee and its successors and assigns against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever.
