-�. <br />WARRANTY DEED 87 <br />Df1A ELLIS, a single person <br />herein called the Grantor s), for and in consideration of the cancella- <br />tion of indebtedness owing from Grantor(s) to Grantee, do(es) grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRANC ISLAND, herein called the Grantee, the following - <br />described real estate in HALL _ County, Nebraska: <br />LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK FOUR (4), IN SOUTH GRAND ISLAND, AN ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />STATE(NENT ATTACHED <br />NEBRASKA DOCUMENTARY <br />STAMP TAX <br />JUN 8 1987 <br />I B <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above - described, together with <br />all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, <br />unto the =aid Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever. <br />And Grantor(s) hereby covenant(s) with the said Grantee and with Grantee' <br />(s) successors and assigns, that Grantor(s) (is) (are) lawfully seized <br />of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance and that Grantor(s) <br />ha(s)(ve) good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and Grantors <br />hereby covenant(s) to warrant and defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
