87--3 0 3A"0'9 7 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7356 <br />An ordinance creating Street Improvement District No. <br />1129; defining the boundaries of the district; providing for <br />the improvement of a street within the district by paving, <br />curbing, guttering, and all incidental work in connection <br />therewith; and providing the effective date of this ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1129 in the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. <br />SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as <br />follows: <br />Eaginning at a point w)iere the North line of Fifth <br />Street and the West line of Market Street intersect; <br />thence West on the North line of Fifth Street for a <br />distance of one hundred thirty -two (132) feet; thence <br />northerly on a line one hundred thirty -two (132) feet <br />Nest of and parallel to the West line of Market Street <br />for a distance of two hundred eighty (280) feet to the <br />South line of Sixth Street; thence easterly on the South <br />line of Sixth Street for a distance of one hundred <br />thirty -two (132) feet; thence northerly on a pro- <br />longation of the West line of Market Street for a <br />distance of eighty (80) feet; thence easterly on a <br />prolongation of the North line of Sixth Street for a <br />distance of eighty (80) feet; thence southerly on a <br />prolongation of the East line of Market Street for a <br />distance of eighty (80) feet; thence easterly on the <br />South line of Sixth Street for a distance of three <br />hundred (300) feet; thence southerly on a line three <br />hundred (300) feet easterly from and parallel to the <br />East line of Market Street for a distance of two hundred <br />eighty (280) feet to the North line of Fifth Street; <br />thence West on the North line of Fifth Street for a <br />distance of three hundred (300) feet; thence southerly <br />on a prolongation of the East line of Market Street for <br />a distance of eighty (80) feet; thence westerly on a <br />prolongation of the South line of Fifth street for a <br />distance of eighty (80) feet; thence northerly on a <br />prolongation of the West line of Market Street for a <br />distance of eighty (80) feet to the point of beginning, <br />all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 3. The following street in the district shall be <br />improved by paving, curbing, guttering, and all incidental <br />work in connection therewith: <br />Market Street between Fifth Street and <br />Sixth Street. <br />rf, <br />t ' <br />
