CUNNINGHAM, being first duly sworn upon.oath, states <br />that he is one of the attorneys for the Successor Trustee, <br />NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA, N.A., Successor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on January 10, 1983 as Document No. 83- 000162, and <br />that on the 4 day of June, 1987, he mailed a copy of the <br />Notice of Default filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska on June 3 , 1987, and recorded as Document <br />#87-103249, to the following party at the following address, by <br />certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid: <br />Ethel E.
