Shirley and Deborah A. Shirley, husband and wife, to First National Bank of Council Bluffs dated May 16, 1970, filed May 18, 1970, in Book 151, Page 616 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds against the following- described real estate: The Westerly Sixty Feet (60') of Lot Eleven (11) in Block Five (5), in Westerhoff's First Subdi- vision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, except the Southerly Thirty Feet (301) thereof, deeded to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, for street purposes.
