Rev. Stat. 76 -201): Lot Fifteen (15), Meadow lane Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. Grantors covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with Grantee that Grantors: (1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from ail encumbrances except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record; (2) k:;-4e legal power and lawful authority to convey the saws; (3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
