87- 1031-2033' <br />Maurice V. Dalton and Jackolyn Dalton, Husband and Wife, Grantors, in <br />consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and Other Good and Valuable <br />Consideration received from Grantee, conveys to Grantee <br />FirsTier Bank, National Association, Omaha, Nebraska, a <br />National Banking Association organized under the laws of the <br />United States, <br />the following described real estate (as Defined in Nebr. Rev. Stat. <br />76 -201): <br />Lot Fifteen (15), Meadow lane Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Grantors covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with <br />Grantee that Grantors: <br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free <br />from ail encumbrances except easements, covenants, and <br />restrictions of record; <br />(2) k:;-4e legal power and lawful authority to convey the saws; <br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the <br />lawful claims of all persons. <br />This deed is an absolute conveyance, the grantor(s) having sold said <br />land to the Grantee for a fair and adequate consideration, such <br />consideration, in addition to that above recited, being full <br />satisfaction of all oitligations secured by the mortgage executed by <br />Maurice V.
