NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />TO WHOR IT MAY CONCERN: <br />87.. 103229 <br />You are hereby notified that Robert Dale Jablonski and <br />Roselyn Ann Jablonski, husband and Wife, Trustors, did on or <br />about the 11th day of May, 1961, make, execute and deliver unto <br />Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association, as Trustee, a <br />Trust Deed wherein said Trustors conveyed the following - <br />dvefficribed real property: <br />Lot Thirteen (13), west Heights Second Addition, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained <br />from Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association, Beneficiary <br />of said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was recorded on the 11th day <br />of May, 1981, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, at Instrument No. 81- 002400. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of <br />an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust property was <br />conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to <br />pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due from <br />July 1, 1981. through this date, together with interest accruing <br />thereon. <br />You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to <br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with <br />interest thereon. at once due and payable and has elected to sell <br />or cause to be sold the real property described in said Trust <br />Feed to satisfy said obligation. <br />DATED this gArA i day of PIPW <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />sm. <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS <br />COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION,T?oatee. <br />87 � <br />William G.
