DICKERSON, husband and <br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of THIRTY THOUSAND <br />A,M NO1100 DOLLARS ($30,000.00) received from Grantees, do grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto MERLE L. DICKERSON and <br />BETTIE C. DICKERSON, husband and wife, as joint tenants with <br />_right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein called <br />the Grantees, the following- described real estate in Hail County, <br />Nebraska <br />All of Grantors' undivided one -half (1) <br />interest in the East Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter (E }SE0 of Section Sixteen (16), the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(swiswi) of Section Fifteen (15) (excepting <br />that part thereof taken by the State of <br />Nebraska, as shown by Deed recorded in Book <br />77 at page 591 of the Deed Records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska), and the North Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NJNB3) of Section <br />Twenty -Ore (21), all in Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Rance Twelve (12) west of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described premises together <br />with all tenements, hered -- itaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the <br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of ;aid premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, <br />conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; <br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Dated r 1987. <br />NEWAW DOCUMENTARY � - <br /><.rAup TAX <br />Raymond S.
